Roy, I think that the only obligation that the hobbyist groups have to
their members and to the wider hobby is to facilitate the availability of
such fish that their members wish to make available through advertisements
in newsletters, auctions, and the like. It is this availability of
provision rather than the provision of the fish themselves that some people
get confused about.
