why are so few FW inverts available in the fish hobby? i bet they would be
pretty in a fish tank... there are so many SW crustaceans available to
hobbyists but i'd love to see more of FW shrimps and crabs...

i had softshell turtle once, at a banquet. the meat is a bit like chicken
but much tougher, and the shell (skin really) is gelatinous... i didn't find
it terribly appetizing... i took the plastron home as decoration.
