I would say Ron would keep no more than about 10-15 small to medium fish in
a 26g tank. If they were large rainbows maybe 6-8 fish. Of course this is in
a fish room not a display tank in the living room. I think most people would
want more fish than that in a display tank.

I hear this al the time, but I often wonder exactly what it means in
practical terms, numbers-wise. Can you give an example? How many
rainbows would he keep in an established, well planted, 26 gallon tank?
