Just a short echo of Julie's posting - it was an excellent conference and
the hospitality was superb. My compliments to all concerned. Gary was kind
enough to allow ANGFA table space for merchandise sales and there was a lot
of interest shown as well as excellent sales. Roy was a good boy there but
has not been so since.
Luckily we (SB & I) have been able to keep his well-known enthusiasm for
hyperbole in check and Yellowstone National Park still has functioning
geothermal emissions despite our contributions. BTW we have discovered the
secret American ingredient that has allowed Peter Unmack to develop his
skills - Mexican food !!
Also Roy has a new name for running out of fuel (gas over here) - he calls
it "vapour lock". but you still have to get more petrol and put it in the
tank before the vehicle will go again!
And there is lots more too but I will save them for later ;-)
Cheers
