I don't know of a safe sterilizing method against Myco. for plants. One
suggestion I saw was to grow the plants emerse (if that is appropriate for
that species) and start new cuttings from the emerse new part. The idea is
that as it is an aquatic organism that it is unlikely to be on the new
emerse growth. Plants such as Ludwigia, Ambulia, Bacopa, Hygrophila etc
should be OK
