Befor someone goes off the deep end and thinks I am a total buracratic nut
relize I sent the above as a joke but the more I think about it the more it
needs to be done with some more modifications.
The best people to mann this list would be the ones that all ways complain
about the work that others do. keeping track of this would drive them over the
deep end. All copies of all of the registrations should be archived by two or
more person so when one jumps off of Golden gat bridge without a bungie cord
their will still be a list ava. to the rest of us left.
