The folks at QU did some work, but didn't find any differences, but they were
only looking at mitochondrial data which can be misleading on its own. I
actually have all the fish ground up from the east coast of Australia (1200 of
them) and will be starting to run allozymes soon, hence that should give some
idea as to whether there are two taxa in the Burdekin or not. Probably by the
end of the year I should have a better idea of what might be going on there.
