To Peter Unmack and Andrew Hamilton.
Thanks for the quick return on the question.
About the source - ANGFA convention, Canberra '95, Ef bought them as
very small fish at auction, marked "Coward Springs" only. Would anyone know
which these were? Are there any visible distinctions between Coward Springs
and Coward Springs Railway Bore populations?
It seems to us that not only is there only one active male but there
is also only one active female.
Thanks

Peter,
Im not sure if this is accurate. Fisheries guys here are of the
impression that all Desert Gobies have the same taxonomy. I was told that
DG's didnt actually originate in Coward springs but were actually put there
by a farmer or someone. Id be interested if you could justifiably disprove
this. Re the question asked about breeding: only one male will ever
contribute in a tank at one time.
