Yes, but "Lights of America" makes absolutely the shittiest electronic
ballast in the history of humanity. Advance, Mororola and Panasonic all
make perfectly reasonable eballasts. They will prolong lamp useful
lifetime, not shorten it, and will give you somewhat more light for
slightly less power.
