I have used the "Formula" foods (one and two) w/ many FW species and find
them to be quite excellent. As Formula Two has extra veggie matter in it,
that is the one I have always preferred to feed to my bows.
These foods, for those not familiar w/ them, are frozen marine mixes sold
by Ocean Nutrition. There are other formulas as well, including several
specialty and FW mixes. They are some of my favorite commercial frozen
foods to use. :)
