No way.

*If* they have some eggs, I put them in a tank (or shoebox) with lots of
plants, and encourage infusoria growth with a couple of drops of Liquifry #1
or some mashed egg yolk (the size of a rice grain). Rainbow and Blue-Eye
babies need lots of microfood. I haven't found any good way to feed them
quite enough without overdoing it. Live infusoria in the tank can make up
for a lot, and green water can do the rest. YMMV.
