i meant, why is the anglerfish also called monkfish? i know about
lophiiformes, and their bizarre sexuality, the parasitic males (what a
lifestyle, i'm so envious), their grotesque shapes and their ability to
swallow prey much bigger than themselves....
i can't believe i ate the liver of one of these things.
