Yep, it is no fun at all to have ne'er-do-well messdeck lawyers about who
constantly whine about this or that being unconstitutional... I believe
that in the case you refer to above that it would have been a hard thing to
prove murder had you not kept your cool ;) There may have been a
surprising lack of witnesses to any altercation that took place...

One point I did raise earlier which nobody addressed... is it possible to
get hold of a copy of the current constitution?
