Hi sorry damned AMIGA mailer decided to mail while I was orking on your reply.
In the bottom of the trough are some some leaves and a bag of Peat moss to
keep some bacterial action going. It is here that I have raised daphnia in
the past.
This posting has raisxed my desire to grow more daphnia so i"ll get
anouther culture from charlie and see how they do.
The reason I have to get anouther culture is that last spring I bleached
out the whole rain water system because some jerk threw some fish in it that
were sick. befor the bleaching the daphnia had survived for about 7 Years.
