To my surprise, a couple of LFS in the Chicago area have recently been
offering two rainbows that I didn't think were in the hobby here in the
US -- or at least weren't common enough to be in two stores at once!
Celebes Rainbows - Marosatherina ladigesi
(although they are not in Allen's book)
and P. gertrudae
The stores in question:
Old Orchard Aquarium in Skokie ($3 gertrude, $6.50 ladigesi)
Rainbow Pets in Schaumburg (~$3 gertrude, $4.00 ladigesi)
