Haven=92t you read the latest news? George Bush will blow up defense funds
=96 and he will save the money in environment and social programs. Call me
pessimistic but as long as the energy and oil industry rules the US (and
how should that change the next decades?) nothing will change. Even the
Chinese seem to have more sense for the problems than GWB.

interesting article. The sad part is that there are a lot of countries=20
that don't recognise climate change as a problem at the highest level.
