An American, an Aussie and a German are on a tour through Germany. When they are in Hamburg, the
American asks: "What is the name of this bridge?" "Well, this is the Koehlbrand bridge, it's about one
mile long." "And how long did it take you to build this bridge?" "Ten years." "Well, we in America need
only six months to built such a bridge."
Then they come to Munich and visit the olypmpic park. When they are in the olympic stadium, the Aussie
says: "Hey, what's that?" "Well, that's the famous olympic stadium, which was built for the games in
1972." "Hey, you know, we have games soon, too. How long did it take you to built that stadium?" Being
careful, the German said: "Well, about two years." "Aah, it took us just two months to build our stadium!"
The went on through Germany and came to Cologne. In the city center they stopped at a great place and the
American and the Aussie looked up with a nearly stiff neck. Both asked "Hey, what's that for a cathedral?"
The German looked also up, wiped his eyes and said "Wow, that hasn't been here yesterday!"

Regards and a merry Xmas, Harro
