Interestingly enough, the dermatologist I referred the cases to has
continued the treatment himself (out of interest I presume) but I can assure
you Adrian that my "chronic cough" is responding gradually to treatment
more appropriate to asthma than Tuberculosis :-)
Perhaps I will have to refer my next case od "Fish Fancier's Finger" to you
for a second opinion so that we can widen your experience base for your
furure application for inclusion on the "specialist register" :-)
