Unfortunately George I have heard of a reported case of someone getting a
Mycobacterial pharyngitis from a syphon - but I haven't heard of
Mycobacterial survival of stomach acid ( the bug that likes to live there is
Helicobacter and that is implicated in peptic ulcers)
