Well good! I forsee a time when we get enough people on-line (not
necessarily via the list, but this would be an added bonus!) that it will
make a real difference on a project like RATS - the communication factor,
breaking down of regional barriers, all that guff. We could even (Goddess
Forfend!) get the project up and running via this or a similiar mailing
list, and add the net.less after it's up and started. At least the initial
barrier would have been breached.

It will be good to see Doug on the list, I'm sure he has a lot to say... ;)
