I have a stand set up that currently holds six tanks with room for more
especially if they are 10 gallon tanks. I have one outlet there with two
six outlet power strips for a total of 12 outlets. With heaters, pumps, and
lights, I have run out of outlets and a few of my tanks don't have light. I
know I could build lights that woul light up more than 1 tank at a time, but
I prefer to have 1 light per tank.
My question is, is it ok to daisy chain another six outlet strip to one of
the existing strips. I know that lights and pumps don't draw much current
and I have 600 watts of heaters there now. The circuit will be fine I know
this, I am wondering about the extra strip being ok. I guess it will be ok,
but I wanted to run it by all of you.
