G'day Dweebs

Jim Foreshey recently informed me that Allen's rainbowfish book is now
outa print (at least the English version). Get 'em while you can! (and
then the secondedition will come out without all the errors!) Now for
hardyheads....

Desptie what some people feel re one sex showing the yellow colour on
their bellies and the other not I haven't seen it myself. I had a
breeding group of Dalhousie hardyheads and both sexes had colour. I just
threw them in a tank, warmed them up (for you're species try 24oC) and
fed them well, put in a mop and collected eggs. They did like to eat
them too. My fish were pretty fresh out of the wild which may have
helped to. It's hard to really know what the hell is going on with
hardyheads as no one bothers with them.
