Thanks for your swift reply Bruce. Also I'd like to take the opportunity
to thank everyone else for their help, this is really a great list, and
a wealth of information!
I caught subject and put in hospital tank. Closer examination with a
magnifying glass shows that it's not really exopthalmus, it's really the
'eyelid' (if you can call it that) that is extended and has white.. uhm
stuff or growth around it.. I can't explain. That's why I initially thought
of an injury... Have put in broad working medication and fish seems to be
fine, the 'swollen eyelid' so to say seems somewhat better. I'll just wait
some more and see what happens.
One last thing, when most already have the 'sleeping state' of
mycobacteriosis present, wouldn't biopsy also reveal mycobacteriosis
in 'healthy' fish then?
