I am inclined to agree with Mach on this one from first hand
experience. Also, I find that feeding whiteworms is much too rich of a
food for furcatas. Even with great water quality there seems to be
internal problems with them digesting all that animal fat. I used to
lose them one by one when I fed worms. Even though the worms boosted
egg production, it isn't worth losing your breeders for a few extra eggs.
Why not try growing daphnia, brine shrimp and rotifers??
