I've tried to get it from Jim Forshey twice when he listed it in the
Rainbow Times. On both occasions it wasn't available. I also tried
Mike Shadel with no luck. Eventually I got it for the best price,
free. Could be Jim was just out of stock and needed to reorder its,
hard to remember exactly when you're trying to chase down more than
one rare book.
