Here goes nothing:

Born November 29, 1959 in Gloucester England (to 2 parents no matter what
you think)

Emigrated with family in 1972 to Oz. Caught my first native fish 3 days later.

Used to keep and breed 23 species of corydoras and 100+ species of killies
and joined the Sydney Killie Group in 1982. Went to get some killies from
one of the Sydney members and saw my first rainbows. Hooked instantly. Got a
copy of Gerry Allens book, saw that the photos were taken by a N Armstrong
in Melbourne. Got the phone book and kept dialling until I got the right one.

Joined ANGFA, got a few tanks of rainbows (38) in Cooma. Organised the first
couple of conventions (contrary to what June Caughey tells people) and
started producing the predecessor to the ANGFA Bulletin with Alex Caughey.

Currently living in Canberra ACT. President of ANGFA (ACT) and maintain
approximately 30 tanks of fish 5 tanks of turtles and 12 tanks of australian
lizards.

Married to long suffering wife (Michelle) father to Sarah (14) Bradley (12)
and Gregory (10). They all like the animals I keep with the exception of
Michelle - she doesn't like the lizards.

Have enjoyed many hours of discussions/travelling with members of ANGFA,and
am very proud of the achievements of ANGFA over the years.

Looking forward to posting news on the 1999 Convention very soon.

ooo rooo

Andy
