In The Dawn of the Third Age Harro.Hieronimus at t-online.de woke me from
my contemplation by writing:

The RSG has the same basic policy as the IRG. Reprinting is available
for not-for-profit organizations only, which is rather close to the
same meaning. Two copies are requested to be sent to the editor and
editor's address should be included so any follow up reprints by other
clubs can be directed to the Rainbow Times Editor. This is the basic
standard with all North American fish clubs. I was just looking into
my Fishes of Sahul and I'm not really sure of ANGFA policy. Does the
phrase "Please request reprint requests to authors via journal
coordinator" mean the author and not the ANGFA holds control over
reprinting articles? I understand the laws and customs may be
different in Australia, so I'm just looking for clarification.
