The aquascape may well be the problem, as well. This is my first
planted tank (where I have actually done things the right way and the
plants grow) and I don't doubt that my aquascaping leaves a lot to be
desired. The problem is that I don't really have much of a clue on how
to do a good design. I know that the Takashi Amano (sp?) books are
available but I am a bit worried that they are too advanced for my
current level of expertise. What I would love to find is a step by step
guide somewhere that would give pictures of the final product, and then
give instructions like "Put plant A here, Plant b here, etc."
