I'm sure others on this list are more knowledgeable about Canadian and
provincial laws. It seems that not only will no legal actions occur, these
commercial operations aren't responsible for any "clean-up" (i.e.,
recapturing the fish), because doing so would harm wild fish. This is a
real mess of biology, environmental protection, economics and politics.
