Send a note to majordomo at acn.ca from egriffin at pucg.com.au with the
following in the message text

unsubscribe acn-l

Using your new address send a note to majordomo at acn.ca with

subscribe acn-l

You don't need to include the email address in the command unless your
reply to address is different to your from address. If this is not the
case then it is better not to include an address, the software
automatically gets it from the header.
