Just for info for everyone.

Send a note to majordomo at acn.ca with the following in the message text

unsubscribe acn-l egriffin at pucg.com.au

Send this from your old address. Using your new address send a note to
majordomo at acn.ca with

subscribe acn-l rinny at dynamite.com.au

There are several ways in which this can be done, however it involves
unneccessary work for me unless you do it this way. I also figure that
it's better for individuals to learn how to be independant and do it
themselves rather than rely on others. Moderators get enough junk email
to deal with as it is. :-)

I hope that is acceptable for you. If you (or anyone) has further
questions I'll be pleased to help you out.

Hooroo
