This is what I have been told also. It may also be in a different useable
form.

A lot of other carotinoids are also in this product too but I'll

I was told it could be fed to rotifers as well. I noticed the same thing
as far as color is concerned. The fish haven't faded yet and I am not
feedingthemthe stuff anymore...
