One would think that would be the case as it was with the earlier
introduction of PNG rainbowfishes. However, since the ban on Rainbowfishes
entering Australia came into force some years back, most of the "illegal"
imports have come from either Europe or the US. There has only been a few
direct shipment ex PNG, not too many people come and go ;-).

Something like a sperm bank? ~ for eventual re-importation back into
Australia.
