The mention of snow reminds me of a story my co-doctor tells of his trip to
New York. He was walking down the footpath ( sidewalk over there ) and a
large melanin-enriched gentleman sidled up to him and asked, "Would you
like Christmas to come a little early?"
My friend looked at him questioningly and the next remark was, " I can
arrange a little snow!"
