YOu right Gary, that was an horrendous mistake I'm just
happy I caught it before you (I sent my correction
Friday). Regardless, it is still alot.
Regarding treating for chlorine/chloramine: some people
can get away with out treatment. I'm still luck and live
in a straight chlorine environment. Most of it has
degassed before it reaches me (most of the time).
I also contend than ammonia is not a problem in a well
established tank. Plant, bacteria they all just suck the
stuff up. I try now days to let the plants get first
pick as in the long term it messes with the pH less.
Oh well, guess that my 0.02, and all that from some one
who doesn't have a bottle of dechlorinator any where on
hand... let alone test kits! (People who watch and learn
to know their fish don't need testkits.)
