I apologize for the stupid and offensive posting that my spam filter
unleashed on this group. I greatly regret that a brief illness kept me
away from e-mail at exactly the time when I ought to have seen this
posting come through and taken action on it.

Mis-programming is one of the hazards of those sophisticated mail filters
that are so popular. Mine is now fixed to be unable to send to any
majordomo mailing list.
