Hello Michael, You will find the Simple Yeast system described under the
"Handy Hints and Maintenance" page of the ANGFA (ACT) web site (see address
below). And yes it is DIY therefor a tad fiddly but *very* cheap...

BTW how's the NSW web page progressing?
