The book is available from Sainty and associates and the current price is
$18 each for an order of more than five. We (ANGFA ACT) are putting in an
order and should have the books very soon. They are good to drool over
what you can not get, however the geographical information is lacking, in
some cases very deliberately. It is not so easy to find out where Ondinea
is located because people do not want commercial collectors getting into
them and destroying the site. I will put the full address up again later
today when I have place the order and know where to send things again.
