Disease? more info

HI,
someone asked about the pH; it has been between 7.0 and 7.4 (hard to tell
with the color matching kind of tests). I'm using Flourish to feed the
plants (E. orsis, Anubia b. nana, other swordplants, water wisteria,
hygrophilia polysperma) . No snails. Flourescent lights.

It does seem to have about a 2 week to 10 day cycle of pimple--ragged
whitish tissue -pimple. It doesn't seem to go deep, just affects the top
layer of skin.

I think she's from a Florida breeder--could it be an external parasite?????
I'll see if I can get a magnifying glass for a closer look.
