Yep! There it is, on page 87! Has anyone actually seen this in use? Jenno
mentions opening a large hole in the top of the drum and "re-positioning" it
- I guess this is a PC way for having a totally manual system where one
lifts the sucker up by a pulley arrangement or somesuch rather than a
windmill - now that's low-tech! ;)
