Drysdales sometimes seem to prefer water that is softer and slightly on the
acid side ( e.g. 6.5 or so ). The other trick that the "old Fox", Ray
Leggett uses if fish don't seem to doing what they should, is to add a
little Epsom's Salts. Apparently the Magnesium acts as some kind of
stimulant. I guess even if it doesn't make them breed at least you can get
square with them for giving you the sh-ts. :-)
