Welcome to the list Phil - carefully evaluated new bloodlines should
improve the genetic diversity of your strain but perhaps it would have been
wiser to keep some of the "old" strain pure for a while until you had a
chance to see if the "mixture" was up to expectations.

<<. My
strain originated from H awaiian stock about nine years ago and has been
doing great ever since.>>

I feel keeping your line going for 9 years says a lot for it and you. What
criteria are you using for selection of your ongoing breeders?

<< at this time only have breeders (no juv. or adults to give away)>>

I applaud your implied generosity and selflessness and in these days of
commercial awareness it is uncommon to see the word "give". I hope members
will ask Phil for eggs and reciprocate by offering to "give" him
alternative valuable exchanges.
