G'day Lisa

Desert Gobies usually in the trade are Chlamydogobius eremius and the stock
originally came from Coward Springs in South Australia.

In my experience they are easy to breed, grow quickly and become geriatric
at around 2 years of age so breed them regularly and keep some of your fry
to carry on with. They are one of the few fish I have had choke to death on
chunks of frozen food.. They also like hard water better than soft and acid
and batches of fry are prone to be all females if water is not hard and
alkaline enough. They will do quite well with seawater added to bring up the
tds

Regards,
Bruce.
