I have lots of Tateurndina ocellicauda, but the problem is that I live in
Sweden. T. ocellicauda is an easy fish to keep and breed. You can have them
in a community aquarium with fishes up to 7-8 cm. Some people say that they
are fin-nippers, but if you give them different kinds of living and frozen
food there will be no problems. The male have a rounder head and no black
colour on the fins. They lay their eggs in small caves or in the corners of
the aquarium, where the male takes care for them until the fry are swimming.
They can spawn in most kinds of water in 24-27 degrees.
