They usually occur in brackish areas. Try giving them some salt perhaps. I'd
guess 30% seawater perhaps. You might want to put them in their own tank
first, some of your other fish may not appreciate it. :-)
The other thing it could be is gill flukes. They tend to be species specific
hence your other fish won't be effected. The symptoms match. You can get
medication from any worthwhile fish store.
