Welcome to the List. You have two of the nicest small Australian fishes that
are available. They will not cross-breed and like similar conditions and are
both very peaceful. The smaller eggs and fry are probably from the I.
werneri as they larger numbers of much smaller eggs and consequently smaller
fry that are rather harder to feed - smaller infusoria and APR
(micro-encapsulated HUFA's etc from the aquaculture industry as well as the
reef hobby) seem to work well, whereas the Blue-eyes will take powdered
fishfood for egg-layer fry as wellas vinegar eels and Baby brine shrinp
(nauplii)
