I can not get my PH down... it is at 7.8-8.0 I have a CO2 system which
lowers the PH to 7.0 but last night the bottle ran out of gas so this
morning the water is back at 7.8.
I would like to get the water down to something less stressful but hesitate
on using chemicals.
While I am at this... I added a CO2 system recently and read a lot on the
subject and the common thought was that adding about ONE bubble per second
was the amount needed for the tank... I was adding a bunch more to get my
PH down and this is why I used up the 5LB bottle so fast. The other thing
is I have not seem an detectable change in my plants...
