What planet are you from? A pretty good book??? A pretty terrible
book. Only a few sections were updated from the first version nearly 15
years ago and there are numerous errors. Other than for collectors it is
not worth the price tag.
Cameron, are you going to tell us all how much the blue book finally went
for? Are any of you bastards going to give us a conference report? :-)
