One species you are leaving out is CO3--. Consult a pC-pH diagram and you
will see at elevated pH CO3-- becomes a dominant species.

HCO3- --> CO3-- + H+

We usually ignore CO3-- since it requires a high pH to become dominant. but
depending on how high your pH is going, it's worth a look. Since I don't
know the pH of your system, I cant say that it's there, but this may help
clear up what is being formed in regard to bicarbonate chemistry.
