Ok Mr T., define what the difference is between flowing and seeping?
:-) IMO something is flowing when it has a discrete point of discharge
at the ground surface and/or it can be seen flowing. To me a seep is a
non point discharge that just sits there. Now, one can argue that
certain parts of some of the springs just sit there, but they also have
distinct channels and flow too. One of the Edgbaston springs has quite a
decent discharge, although most springs there have relatively minor discharge
but with distinct flow. Unfortunately I don't have any data relative to
litres per second to give folks a reference by.
